That same mindset guides how I build and manage teams in business, ensuring that everyone understands their role and feels supported in achieving shared goals. Service also taught me resilience and integrity. In business, challenges are inevitable, but the ability to stay calm, find solutions, and lead with honesty and purpose has been key to long-term success. Ultimately, my military experience prepared me to serve others—whether they are clients, colleagues, or community members—with commitment, respect, and excellence.
